To upload a file in Blogger is very simple!
1. Firstly, you will need a Dropbox account and the file you want to upload. 2. You have to upload that file into your Dropbox PUBLIC folder.
3. Then you have to click the right button on your mouse, then click on Dropbox and then on "copy public link".
4. When you've got that done you have to create a new post in your blog.
5. In that post you paste the link you have copied before.
6. Publish your post and when you click on the link, the file will open.
